Why I love and stand by Coat Defense ! I will forever use these products because they literally work instantly on my dog who has crazy allergies! Don’t need to say much I think these pictures speak enough for it! Hives/rash to nothing with hair grown back in just a few weeks!

I LOVE Coat Defense. I recommend it to all of my friends and family. I recommend it to random strangers! I use it for everything… my dogs, my horses…. me! It’s been a miracle for my itchy German Shepherd and my new Cob gelding. I apply the powder every time a dog is brushed, every time a horse is brushed, under every saddle pad, any time a horse is blanketed, to the Cob’s legs (all that hair!)… I sprinkle it on dog beds, in my car… the list goes on! I use the paste for bug bites (on me and the animals) and scrapes. I will never been without these products!

Humans, horses… now dogs!

COAT DEFENSE® canine was originally created as an organic deodorant powder and dry shampoo for humans. After success in people, we stumbled upon the fact that it helped treat and prevent skin and coat issues in horses. Happy horse owners tried it on their dogs, and had the same powerful results!

COAT DEFENSE® gave him immediate relief and reduced swelling and inflammation in a day. I highly recommend it!

  10. I have a 6 year old white German Shepherd that has been on Apoquel for a number of years. He licks his feet and scratches his rib area til he has a bald spot and it sometimes bleeds. Will he have to stay on Apoquel with this?

    1. Hi Gayle,

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing if your German Shepherd will have to remain on the Apoquel or not. While our products help relieve the symptoms of allergies and allow the skin a break from constant irritation, it is topical and won’t change the root cause of an allergy. In some cases, our products are all that is needed for relief, and can put an end to the cycle of scratching and raw spots. We do offer a money back guarantee if our products do not provide the relief you are looking for. Please let us know if you have any other questions!

    1. Hi Diane,

Thanks for reaching out. We’ve had cat owners use this successfully to help with skin issues. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
